The only thing that briefly jarred was how cool the common areas felt on a pass through. It was a minor detail, but noticeable enough to mention before the more substantial positives.
The room was calm and considered, with a good separation between the lively public areas and the overnight experience. Sleep came easily once I was upstairs.
We stayed here for a night right after our wedding, and it couldn’t have been a more special experience. I called ahead to request a few arrangements for the room, and the staff on the hotline couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating. Walking into the room, we immediately noticed the thoughtful touches that showed real care and attention. Thank you for going the extra mile to make an already meaningful day feel even more extraordinary. What a fun night.
This is a great destination whether you're staying overnight or just visiting the casino. The hotel was comfortable, the common areas were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. The staff provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. I look forward to returning in the future.
I like that they have a good variety of slot machines, but the popular ones need better maintenance. There were many spots that felt sticky from spilled drinks
DJ Dliruis is awesome!!! I love all the RnB. And I am so appreciative of the cozy fireplace and Starbucks at the main entrance. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I do find the common areas very cold. I wish someone would turn down the air conditioning or fans.
This hotel is fancy. Staff was amazing....Area is nice. Did some walking while I was there. Close to downtown core.
Its okay here. Although barely any slots I like left. All newer ones now.they got rid of older awesome slots. Such a shame
For a city break, the worth is in the ease of having a comfortable room and a full evening downstairs without needing to plan a cross-town return. The public spaces were well kept and staff were consistently welcoming.
